After my first week of Skinny Jeans I honestly didn’t think I could do another class. KT really put us through our paces and pushed us. I used muscles I didn’t know existed! The exercises were like nothing I’d ever done before, after the first 3-4 weeks I could really see the difference. The thing I really liked about the classes was that they were varied from week to week, if I was unable to do any of the exercises KT was great at showing me an alternative. My particular favourites were Gliding and circuits. KT offered support throughout the whole programme and was great at motivating.

I had tried all the diets under the sun! Whether it was ‘counting syns’, liquid meals, green and red days, no carb, high carb, low carb, the list is endless. I saw Skinny Jeans School and thought I try another fad diet. How wrong was I? The programme teaches you all about nutrition and exercise and am happy to say that I am now nearly 2 stone lighter and have kept it off. Also, more importantly my BP has reduced from dangerously high to normal levels. KT gives you the support and tools to succeed, along with the other girls in the group, it is an enjoyable and fun way to making lifelong changes. I can honestly say that KT has changed my life.

Meeting KT has been life changing for me.  Before joining Skinny Jeans School I was regularly rowing and using the cross trainer without achieving results.  My aim was to tone up and lose a few pounds.  I am over the moon that I have consistently lost and my total loss is over a stone.  The classes have been fabulous for me and it has been so motivating to achieve weekly results.  My eating habits have changed for the better but I still (over) drink and indulge!  I am confident that I will maintain my new weight and shape.  I can’t speak highly enough of SJS.

I’ve only been training with KT for 7 weeks but feel totally transformed already! I started her 8 week ‘skinny jeans’ programme and have lost both weight and body fat. She encourages you with emails on exercise and nutrition. I started term one of Skinny Jeans with the last stone to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I had tried every diet going and nothing was working. Within eight weeks, I had lost 16 pounds, even more inches but most of all I felt fantastic! The workouts are tough but it’s great to see the progress week-on-week. It’s not about the weight loss anymore but about being strong and fit. I only wish I had found Katie earlier!

I’d been unhappy with my shape for a couple of years but despite my efforts to eat ‘healthily’ I was not active enough and couldn’t lose the extra weight around my tummy and hips. Sjs has changed my eating habits and how I prepare meals and showed me that by planning ahead and cooking fresh i didn’t need to count calories. I also realised that a lot of what I was eating previously was zapping my energy. I noticed a change in my energy levels the first week and have felt so much better since. I’ve loved the group PT sessions, we have fun each week which gives me the motivation to work out. I feel fit and healthy again and my shape has changed. I’ve lost my muffin top and got a flatter tummy. I feel so much better in my clothes and just generally more comfortable and confident.

KT’s Skinny Jeans School isn’t all about losing weight. For me, it’s all been about healthier eating and toning. I started the programme quite happy with my weight but very aware that my diet could really do with improvement. KT’s Skinny Jeans School gave me the facts, explanation and menu suggestions to really turn my nutrition around. I have much more energy than I did before now I am eating more fruit, vegetables, salad, fish and pulses. The weekly home workouts are easy to follow and have really toned my body so I feel more confident. KT is really supportive and encouraging as well as being bubbly and making the workouts lots of fun. I would recommend KT’s Skinny Jeans School to anyone who is interested in eating more healthily, and if they lose a few pounds too then more the better.

Having never really trained or done any sort of consistent exercise before seeing KT I was pretty nervous for my first Skinny Jeans session. The minute I walked into school that all changed. KT instantly made me feel like I could do it and from then until now (18 weeks in) that’s stayed the same. I struggled to do a push up on my knees when I started and now I can do nearly 40 seconds of PROPER push ups, plus I can plank for the full 40 seconds!!!

For me it wasn’t about losing weight I just wanted to tone up and learn what to do so eventually I could feel confident enough in the  gym. I definitely accomplished that – except now I don’t want to join a gym – I just want to stay at Skinny Jeans School FOREVER! Whatever your reason for wanting to do exercise be it to get fitter, loose weight or train for a marathon I’d 100% recommend KT and skinny jeans school.

Working with KT Chaloner on my fitness has been an amazing experience for me. I’ve started with her over a year ago on the Skinny Jeans School Term 1. At the time I was unconfident with exercise and I just didn’t know where to start, luckily I found KT. She has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well-being not just my fitness. I have increased my fitness massively, lost over 5 % body fat and have lost just over a Stone in weight and managed to keep it off. I feel more toned and stronger than ever and that’s all down to KT. I have progressed through her Skinny Jeans School, learning all about nutrition as well as fitness, completing all three terms. Now I enjoy going twice a week to her studio for group personal training sessions. Our sessions are always hard work but always with an element of fun, the encouragement that KT has given me has helped me achieve a level of fitness that I thought I never would or could; I can’t recommend KT Chaloner enough.

I always swore every year that I would do something about my weight for my birthday and each year I failed. In 2015 I decided enough was enough, joined Skinny Jeans School and feel fabulous for it. Katie’s knowledge and guidance is invaluable and her enthusiasm is infectious. 16 weeks on I am now much stronger, more confident in my body’s abilities and considering sports and events that previously I would have shied away from. I’ve been working with KT now for 9 months in skinny jeans school and love it! I was a member of a local gym and thought I was relatively fit doing 2-3 spinning classes per week, 1 run and the odd weights class.

I thought the amount of exercise I was doing would surely give me the results I wanted, however, KT advised me to try a different way of training, strength training and working on toning up do a wide variety of exercises each session to keep me motivated.

I have to say she was right, she knows how hard to push me and the results I’ve had are amazing. I might not be the weight I want to be (yet…not far off) but the muscles are there ready underneath! Fabulous trainer who really knows her stuff!

As someone who has never been on a diet (could never force myself into the effort of it) but with with a history of regular exercise …. sadly lapsed since I had my daughter 5 years ago, I expected that I would struggle with the diet aspect and find the exercise more achievable.

Amazingly, the direct focus and group support motivated me to follow the diet. I didn’t stick to the meal plans or recipes 100% but stuck pretty strictly to the list of what you can eat and what you can’t eat. After the first week or so I got used to it and found it quite easy. The exercise was more of a challenge, but I really liked the short, sharp home sessions quite convenient.

I have now lost a stone and feel a lot better for it. Skinny Jeans School gave me the kick up the bum I needed and has taught me to be more aware of what I am eating. I am continuing with the diet – albeit a less strict version and have joined the gym
